Sunday 17 January at LabTwentyTwo Barcelona: 5K run with a DJ bike, yoga, HIIT, pilates and breathwork with headphones, recovery and, to close, AYLA’s tribal coffee rave with live percussion and sax on the rooftop. Limited places.

We start the year as a tribe. Wellness Tribe and AYLA team up for a morning that begins by moving your body and ends on the dance floor: sport with EKKO headphones, recovery and AYLA’s tribal coffee rave, with drums, Afro percussion and live sax.

Programme

  • 10:00 · Check-in, photocall and photo booth
  • 10:30 · 5K run with the DJ bike and its speaker setting the pace
  • 11:00 · Two classes at once, with headphones: yoga or HIIT
  • 11:30 · Break: coffee, a bite to eat, recovery and photo booth
  • 12:00 · Pilates and breathwork with NTM experience
  • 12:45 · Confetti, music at full blast and the AYLA Coffee Rave kicks off

What to expect

  • AYLA’s tribal coffee rave on the LabTwentyTwo rooftop: Afro Latin House, drums, live percussion and sax
  • Out-of-this-world décor: giant inflatables, planets and mushrooms, confetti and smoke
  • Stilt walkers and golden mirror men all morning long
  • Recovery: sports massage and air-compression boots for your legs
  • Photocall and winged photo booth to take the memory home

What to bring

  • Running and training clothes and shoes
  • A mat, if you have one (if not, we’ll lend you one)
  • Water
  • Ready to dance
